Instructions for deleting your data

Creative Growth OS ("CGOS") is an offering of SENDER ENERGY UG (haftungsbeschränkt). You can request the deletion of your personal data and data stored in CGOS via a meta-link at any time.

How to submit a deletion request

  1. Send an email from the email address you use for CGOS to support@creativegrowth.ai.
  2. Use the subject line "Data Deletion – Creative Growth OS".
  3. In the email, state the email address of your CGOS account and the name of your organization.
  4. Let us know whether only the Meta-linked data or your entire CGOS account should be deleted.
  5. We will verify your authorization, confirm receipt, and inform you once the deletion is complete.

Remove Meta-link yourself

You can also remove Creative Growth OS's access directly in your Facebook or Meta account. To do this, open the "Apps and Websites" or "Business Integrations" section in the settings, select Creative Growth OS, and remove the connection. The exact wording may vary depending on the account type and Meta interface.

What data will be deleted?

Depending on the scope of your request, we will delete or anonymize in particular:

  • your CGOS user profile and membership,
  • stored Meta access tokens and link data,
  • Meta account, campaign, ad, and performance data linked to your account,
  • personal settings and other personal content in CGOS.

If your account belongs to an organization with multiple team members, we will only delete data that you are authorized to delete. For the complete deletion of an organization, the request must be made by the owner or another authorized representative.

Processing time

After successful identity and authorization verification, we generally process the request immediately and usually within 30 days. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Statutory retention obligations

Despite a deletion request, we may or must retain certain data for a legally prescribed period. This applies in particular to invoicing, payment, and tax-relevant documents, as well as data necessary for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims. This data will be blocked and not used for other purposes.

Data with third-party providers

Removing the CGOS link does not automatically delete data that Meta, Shopify, PayPal, Lexware, or other independent providers process on their own responsibility. For such data, the respective deletion and data protection procedures of the providers apply.
